As a Gaussian Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, development and launch of some of the core software products. You will be working with other passionate and talented Software Engineers and Applied Scientists and have opportunities to learn various machine learning algorithms and gain insights around AI. You will have significant influence on our overall strategy by helping define these product features, drive the system architecture, and spearhead the best practices that enable a quality product.

You will support Gauss Labs' small and large scale goals and make sure that all the milestones are aligned with the goals and developers constantly meet their goals.

You will possess a strong program management background, with experience building relationships with internal and external business partners. You will lead projects involving multiple teams and communicate results to leaders and key stakeholders. You will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and technical challenges with the skill set to drive tactical and strategic execution of multiple programs. The candidate will identify opportunities in manufacturing factories and other industry fields where industry AI solutions and platforms can help improve their productivity.
