Applied Scientist
We are looking for a passionate and talented Applied Scientist who will collaborate with other scientists and engineers to leverage AI, Machine Learning (ML), and optimization methods to solve diverse problems in manufacturing and other industries.
As a Gaussian Applied Scientist, you will design and run experiments, develop new algorithms, and find new ways of reducing cost and maximizing performance and reliability of manufacturing systems. Besides theoretical analysis and innovation, you will work closely with seasoned scientists, engineers, and program managers to deliver your algorithms and models into real products. Your work will directly impact our customers in manufacturing lines.

Software Engineer
As a Gaussian Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, development and launch of some of the core software products. You will be working with other passionate and talented Software Engineers and Applied Scientists and have opportunities to learn various machine learning algorithms and gain insights around AI. You will have significant influence on our overall strategy by helping define these product features, drive the system architecture, and spearhead the best practices that enable a quality product.
You are the ideal candidate if you are passionate about new opportunities and have a demonstrated track record of success in delivering new features and products. A commitment to team work and strong communication skills to both business and technical partners are important requirements. Creating reliable, scalable, and high performance products requires exceptional technical expertise, a sound understanding of the fundamentals of computer science, and practical experience building large-scale systems.

Program Manager
As a Gaussian Program Manager, you will develop and lead programs by actively interacting with our customers in manufacturing factories or other industry fields. You will support Gauss Labs' small and large scale goals and make sure that all the milestones are aligned with the goals and developers constantly meet their goals.
If you are the ideal candidate, you must have experience working with business and technical leaders to develop and execute technical program. You will possess a strong program management background, with experience building relationships with internal and external business partners. You will lead projects involving multiple teams and communicate results to leaders and key stakeholders. You will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and technical challenges with the skill set to drive tactical and strategic execution of multiple programs. The candidate will identify opportunities in manufacturing factories and other industry fields where industry AI solutions and platforms can help improve their productivity. You will sometimes have to work independently and deal with an ambiguous environment.
You will develop and lead execution of innovative initiatives for Gauss Labs. You will measure and analyze the impact of existing and future program initiatives, and effectively communicate to key decision makers and leaders.
